Where do you get your items?
I have been asked by my buyers this question a few times! So I decide to put my answers here for all to see. I find my items everywhere in Seoul! I roam through all the big stores, small stores, big and small underground mall, all the numerous alleys for my finds. I would buy the items for myself and often felt that it would be nice to show them off, so I would get a few more and auction or sell them. Therefore I never have more than 3 pieces of the same item unless the buyer request for it. I never know what would be in my store as all of it depends on my "catch"! All of my items are new, never worn or use before but some of them have been "rescued" from old accessories shop (they have some of the best and quirkiest accessories!) hence might have some scratches or marks. I would always state them in my description! I hope I have answered my buyer's question!Thank you for your interest.

What kind of payment do you accept and how do I checkout?
I only accept Paypal currently, I sincerely apologize for any inconveniences. Checking out is easy! Just click on Buy It Now and it would direct you to the checkout page, you can view your purchase details before ordering. Please ensure the shipping and email address on the checkout form are correct. Telephone number is compulsory but if you are not comfortable disclosing it, please enter 00.

How soon can I receive my item?
I am using the standard international airmail mail to deliver the items hence no tracking code or number. I shipped within 3 business days after I receive your payment. The postal stamp would have the date which I shipped. It would take 8 to 14 days. If you want your items fast, please let me know, I would then deliver it via speed service or Fed-Ex. Let me know what you prefer and I would adjust the shipping & handling accordingly. Once the items leave my hands, I cannot assure 100% that it would be delivered safe and sound in my buyer's hand, please understand that this is because I cannot forecast what is the postal or the weather situation in various countries. I would however be really grateful if you can notify me if you did not receive your items after waiting for 14 days, I would do my very best to rectify the situation.

What are the Shipping and Handling for International buyers?
I have input the amount for International Buyers for United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, Japan and Asia. In event you are unable to view the cost or if there are any error stated in the cost, I would be most grateful if you can email me and I would get back to you as soon as I can.

What are your refund policies?
I try my very best to give my buyers the best descriptions as I can. I understand it can be distressing to receive something not matching to the description. Some of my items looks bigger than the actual item due to close up shots, so please read the descriptions carefully. I would be most grateful if you can spare time to email me on any questions before buying. Refund would be exchange for credit payment. I would refund full amount and reasonable shipping cost the buyer paid to ship the item back in it's original condition. Please note that sales and clearance items are non-refundable. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Do you combining shipping?
Yes I love to combine shipping! I have compute the price for eacj additional item and the combines shipping would be reflect in your checkout amount.
