1) Only Paypal accepted, I apologizes for any inconveniences.
2)I try my very best to give my buyers the best descriptions as I can. I understand it can be distressing to receive something not matching to the description.
I would be most grateful if you can spare time to email me on any questions before buying. Refund would be exchange for credit payment. I would refund full amount and reasonable shipping cost the buyer paid to ship the item back. Please not that all sales items are non-refundable. Thank you for your kind understanding.
3) Please allow 3 business days to process your order. I am using the standard international airmail mail to deliver the items hence no tracking code or number. It should take 8 to 14 days.
If you want your items fast, please let me know, I would then deliver it via speed service or Fed-Ex. Let me know what you prefer and I would adjust the shipping & handling accordingly.
4) Once the items leave my hands, I cannot assure 100% that it would be delivered safe and sound in my buyer's hand, please understand that this is because I cannot forecast what is the postal or the weather situation in various countries. I would however be really grateful if you can notify me if you did not receive your items after waiting for 14 days, I would do my very best to rectify the situation.
